Applications are invited from the suitable candidates possessing domicile of Punjab to fill in following post in FJ1VILT/Govt. Teaching Hospital Shandara, Lahore under the following terms and conditions along with two attested photographs, two copies of all educational certificates including result cards of all professional examinations for the required posts, PM.00 registration certificate (valid), CNIC, domicile certificate and two self addressed envelopes with R.s.80/- postal stamps. Application form will be available from the Administration Office, FJ1vITJ, Lhr.

1. Recruitment (non-transferable) will be on Adhoc basis for one year as per policy of the Government and other directives issued from time to time.
2. No ‘,A/D.A. will be paid to candidates corning for interviews.
3. Short-listed candidates will be issued call letters.
4. No application (Without proper form) will be entertained after due date.
5. Age, qualification and experience as per Govt. Rules/Policy.
6. Number of posts may be increased/decreased according to requirement.
7. Last date to receive the applications (On proper form) is 09.04.2016 by 2.00 PM.
