ADMISSION NOTICE 2016 SPRING SEMESTER
Ph.D. PROGRAMS
Applications are invited for admission in Ph.D. Programs on the prescribed forms in the following disciplines:
Ph.D. Programs
Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Chemistry), Mathematics, Statistics, Arabic, Commerce (i-Finance & Accounting, ii-Business Management), Chemistry, Horticulture, Plant Breeding & Genetics, Plant Pathology, Entomology, Forestry & Range Management, Agricultural Engineering, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, History, Political Science, Physics, Biotechnology, Urdu, IMS, Soil Science, Food Science & Technology, Gender Studies
Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D. Programs
MS/M.Phil/M.Sc (Hons.) or equivalent degree in the relevant subject from a recognized University with a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 (under semester system) or 1st Division (under annual system). Admission Test (subject based) conducted by the concerned Department/Institute is Prerequisite for Admission into the Ph.D. Program. BZU Multan has also accepted GAT (Subject) by NTS/GRE (Subject) international for admission in Ph.D. Program. Highest score GAT (Subject) by NTS/GRE (Subject) or departmental test (subject based) will be included in merit calculation. All candidates who applied for admission in Ph.D. Program are directed to submit their valid GAT (Subject) by NTS/GRE (Subject) international scores (if available) along with their applications to the concerned departments.

Admission test (subject based) will be held on 17-03-2016 (Thursday).

The Application Forms can be obtained from the following branches of Habib Bank Ltd. and United Bank Ltd. on payment of Rs.550/- 1- Habib Bank Ltd. & United Bank Ltd. University Branch, Multan. 2- HBL, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Branch, Multan. OR Application Forms can be downloaded from the University website and submitted with Rs.550/- in the concerned department. Applications complete in all respects must reach the respective Department/Center/Institute of the University By 4.00 p.m. on or before 16-03-2016 (Wednesday). Applications which are wrongly addressed or delivered at a place other than the Office of the Department/Institute/Center concerned shall not be entertained.
