PUNJAB SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FUND
CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is a not-for-profit organization set up under the Companies Ordinance 1984 by the Government of the Punjab in collaboration with Department for International Development, UK. PSDF is looking for energetic and motivated professionals for the following positions based in Lahore:

ASSOCIATE MONITORING & EVALUATION
1. To assist the Manager Monitoring in development / operationalization of input / output based monitoring framework. 2. To assist in implementing the Monitoring & Evaluation mechanisms; Conduct field visits and take timely action to redress grievances and complaints. 3. Co-ordinate and follow-up with the engagement partners to ensure adherence to PSDF’s compliance, policies and standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
> BS (Honors) / Master’s degree in Business Administration / Bachelor of Engineering / Manner’s degree in Economics from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum of two (2) years post-qualification experience preferably in the development / vocational training sectors.

MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT TECHNICAL
1. Assist in canying out the documentation and validation of Terms of References (TORs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
2. Assist in evaluation of Expression of Interest documents and proposals of third party service providers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BS (Honors)/ Master’s degree in Business Administration / Bachelor of Engineering / Master’s degree in Economics from an HEC- recognized institution. 0-1 year of experience preferably in the development / vocational training sectors.
