The Lahore Knowledge Park Company (LKPC) is a Public Sector Large Scale Organization duly registered with the SECP u/s Section-42 (not-for-profit) of the Companies Ordinance 1984.
LKPC wishes to appoint:
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Summary: Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing and sales strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities. Primary Relationships:The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serves as a member of the senior management team.This position participates with the Board of Directors, Management Committee and other management staff in charting the direction of the Organization, assuring its accountability to all constituencies, and ensuring its effective operation.
Key Account abilities and Responsibilities
Leadership: Deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth of the organization/project and the establishment of an effective growth process and infrastructure. Develop collaborative working relation-ships within the organization in pursuit of overall business goals. Marketing: Lead development of the marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration, sales growth and market demand generation for the project. Sales: Develop and implement the sales/lead generation strategy across key market segments to ensure that the organization identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth. Assess, build and manage an array of necessary channels capable of delivering on the organization’s growth objectives. Business Development: Develop a strategy and provide leadership for corporate-wide business development opportunities. Originate and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the organization strategy for prospect acquisition and revenue growth.

Education, Experience and Expertise
• MBA (marketing) or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in an overall commercial /business function with real estate or large scale business enterprise
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful commercialization strategies in early-stage companies
• Outstanding sales management skill and business development drive
