Punjab Safe Cities Authority invites from open market candidates domiciled in Punjab for the following posts on contract basis:

Name of Post: Chief Implementation Officer
Qualification & Experience:

• Master/ Sixteen (16) years of education in Social Sciences Law, Engineering, Economics, Business /Public Administration, IT or Management Sciences.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of police service in supervisory position and exposure of Policy Formulation /Policy Analysis, Organizational Development and Organizational Management.
• Exposure of international learning environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point.
• Ability to promote gender mainstreaming.
• Strong communication skills.
• Command experience and ability to achieve results.
• Ability to innovate and implement new ideas will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Team building capacity.
• Ability to change the existing practices with skill and craft.

Name of Post: Chief Law & Procurement Officer
Qualification & Experience:

• Master/Sixteen (16) years of education in Social Sciences, Finance & Accounts or Management Sciences P Minimum 15 years of administration, project Contract management and procurement experience
• Well versed with Public Sector financial management/administration rules and regulations
• Excellent knowledge of contract implementation in national and/or international environment
• Experience of working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds ‘..- Well versed in PPRA framework and experience of handling mega Up to projects in public or private sector
• Excellent knowledge of Civil law, commercial law and litigation at senior judicial forums
• Ability to negotiate and arbitrate at senior forum
  Age Limit: 38-52

Name of Post: Deputy Chief Procurement
Qualification & Experience:

• Master/Sixteen (16) years of education in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Law, Commerce or Management Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in procurement or equivalent experience in police organization.
• Exposure of international learning environment.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills. P Ability to change the existing practices with innovative ideas.
• Team building capacity.
  Age Limit: 28-45

Name of Post: Deputy Chief Coordination
Qualification & Experience:

• Master/Sixteen (16) years of education (at least 2nd division) from a recognized university in Management Sciences/ Economics / Law/ Sociology/ Mass Communication / Political Science.
• 8-14 years of police experience with 5 years’ experience of organizational development, organizational management and knowledge management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point.
• Exposure of international learning will be an advantage to work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to promote gender mainstreaming. P Command experience and ability to achieve results.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to innovate and implement new ideas.
• Team building capacity.
