General Manager (GM) Legal Jobs in Punjab Industrial Estate

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) established by the Government of the Punjab in Public-Private Partnership to achieve orderly, planned and rapid industrialization in the Province of Punjab by developing a chain of new industrial estates and up-gradation of existing ones. PIEDMC now intends to hire the services of following person.

GENERAL MANAGER (GM)- LEGAL:

Qualification: LLM / Barrister at Law from BBC recognized institute.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of practices experience specially in the field of Corporate Law, Civil Law, Land Law etc. Experience in preparation and Vetting of Contracts, Agreements, Legal Documents regarding, Transfer of Land etc. The
applicant should be well versed with current applicable Laws specially PPRA, PEC Rules Regulations etc. The Applicant should also have experience of at least 10 years Litigation, Drafting, Opinion Work etc. With a Advocate High Court Licence.
Age: Minimum 45 years
