Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Unit, Sindh is looking for suitable candidates from Pakistani nationality for its following positions Director Finance, Assistant Director on contract basis. The posts are purely temporary. however, may be extended on need-cum-performance basis.

Positions:
Director PPP (Legal)

Qualification:
A Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) or LLB from recognized University Institute. Financial background would be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Strong command on drafting legal documents and understanding of commercial agreements.
Good command of MS Office particularly MS Word.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience:
At least 5 years or above of successful. verifiable and relevant experience in law firm or legal advisory to Corporate & Investment Banking. Work experience related to PPPs would be an added advantage.

Age Limit: Not exceeding the age of 45 with sound health.

Job Description:
The applicant is expected to prepare procurement documents such as draft RFQ, RFP and Concession Agreements etc pertaining to Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

Draft policies and amendments to policies within the legal framework applicable in the country and internationally.

Vetting of project documentation during the feasibility. transaction advisory and implementation stages.

Coordinate between transaction advisors. Line Departments. Lenders and (308 on the project structuring and documentation.

Provide legal opinions and liaison with (303 Law Department, Advisors and Advocate General for the same.

Perform risk assessment to safeguard GoS interest in PPP projects.

Perform any other related task (5) as assigned by the GOS.
