Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority of Punjab (PTEVTA) is the premier public organization established to promote TVET Sector by imparting technical and vocational education and training through its 374 Institutions all over the Punjab. TEVTA in collaboration with Homes Department Punjab is introducing Rehabilitation Program for Prisoners through which the Prisoners will be equipped with vocational skills. TEVTA invites the dynamic and motivated candidates to apply for the following posts in the “Govt. Technical Training Centre Male & Female) Central Jail, Gujranwala” under establishment through Annual Development Program.

Qualification & Relevant Experience: B.Sc Mechanical/Electrical Engineering /B.Tech (Hens) in Mechanical/Electrical Technology
Should be Computer Literate

Name of Post: Instructor/ Section Incharge (PS-16)

Qualification & Relevant Experience: M.A Fine Arts with Graphic Design/Arts/M.Sc (H. Econ.) with 02 Year Experience
OR
B.Sc (Home Economics)/DDM with DVTT OR B.A / B.Sc with G-I1 / DVG + DVT1″
OR
BBBA/B.Com/B.A with G-111 in Secretariat Trade OR B.A with one year certificate in Beautician trade from recognized institute with 5 Year Experience
(Computer literacy is mandatory for all qualifications)

Qualification & Relevant Experience:
BCS/ DAE (Computer Information Technology) with 2 year experience.
DAE in the relevant field with 1 year experience OR Inter with 02 Year (G-II Level) Certificate in the relevant Trade with 06 years experience, Computer Literate.
DAE in the relevant field with 1 year experience OR Inter with 02 Year (G-Il Level) Certificate in the relevant Trade with 06 years experience, Computer Literate.
B.A with one year certificate in Beautician trade with two years experience as Assistant, Computer literate.
DDM from GPI (W) with one year experience OR Inter with DVG with 3 years experience OR Matric with 2 years certificate (G-II) in relevant trade with 3 years experience, Computer Literate.

Qualification & Relevant Experience: D.Corm / I. Com with 2 Years Experience , Computer literate.

Name of Post: Naib Qasid (PS-01)
Subject/ Trade: Support Staff
Gender: Male / Female
Qualification & Relevant Experience: Middle

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1- Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview, No TA/DA will be admissible.

2- At the closing date of application the applicant’s age should be:-

❖ Up-to 55 years for the post of PS-17
❖ Between 18 years to 40 years for the post from PS-09 to PS-16
❖ Between 18 years to 35 years for the post in PS-01

3- All applicants are advised to clearly mention the Name of Post and Subject/Trade on the envelope against the post applied for (Separate application should be submitted for each post).

4- Only post qualification experience will be considered.

5- Existing Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/local Government employees may apply through proper channel. Advance copy will only be considered after receipt of NOC from the parent department.

6- The Degree/Certificate/Diploma indicated in qualification’s column for each post shall be from recognized university/college/institute. The candidates possessing B.Sc/M.Sc Engineering degree must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council.

7- All appointment will be made strictly on merit, under TEVTA Service Regulations and will station/Institute specific and non-transferable. Quota for Disable /Minorities will be observed as per Govt. Policy. Candidates having domicile of Gujranwala district will be preferred for the post of Naib Qasid.

8- All appointments will be made subject to Security Clearance from Home Department.
