The Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program is a 10 years program initiative of the Govt of Punjab to improve the quality of life of the residents in the intermediate cities of Punjab with technical and financial assistance of Asian Development Bank (ADB). It will transform the intermediate cities into urban centers which are more efficient, accountable & serve as engines of economic growth and sustainable development. This program will be executed by Local Government and Community Development Department (LG&CDD), Government of Punjab through Provincial level Program Management Unit (PMU) and city level City Implementation Units (ClUs) established at program cities under respective Municipal Administration of Sahiwal and Sialkot. Accordingly, following positions are required to be filled on contract basis fora period of 03 years:
Program Management Unit (PMU) at Lahore

Program Director (1 Position) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Masters in Social Sciences, 15 years experience of working with International Donors / Public Sector /Private Sector Organizations in development projects at senior position. Preference will be given to a civil servant with relevant experience.

Deputy Program Director (1 Position) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE BSC/BE, Civil Engineer with 10 years of Experience in Urban Planning, SWM, WSS, Transport in Donor Funded Programs Ora civil servant with „II years experience of Government and Donor funded programs in LG with Master in Social Sciences.

Manager Finance & Budget (1 Position) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Masters with S Years Relevant Experience in Public Sector

Communications Specialist (1 Position) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Masters with 5 years of Relevant Experience in Public or Private Sector in similar setting

Infrastructure Specialist (1 Position) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE BScIBE (Civil) Engineer with 5 years Relevant Experience of project design and execution of projects.

Urban Planner (I Position) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Urban Planning degree with 5 years Relevant Experience

Procurement Specialist (1 Position) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Masters with 7 years of Relevant Experience.

Program Monitoring Officer (2 Position) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE BSc/BE (Civil Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental/GIS) Engineer upto 3 years of relevant experience.

Drivers (2 Positions) Middle with valid HIV/LTV License and five years experience.

Security Guards (1 Position) Ex Army /Service.

Office Assistant /Naib Qasid (1 Position) Matric/Middle

City Implementation Unit (CIU) at Sialkot and Sahiwal City Manger (2 Positions) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE BSc/BE (Civil Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental) Engineer with upto 7 years relevant experience.

Program Officer Procurement (2 Positions) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Relevant Masters degree with 5 years of relevant experience.

Urban Planner (2 Positions) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Degree of Urban Planning with 5 years relevant experience.

Infrastructure Engineer WSS (2 Positions) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE BE/BSc (Civil Engineering) Engineer with 5 years relevant experience.

SWM Engineer (2 Positions) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE BE/BSc (Civil/Environmental) Engineer with 5 year relevant experience.

Finance and Accounts Officer (2 Positions) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE MSciACMA with 5 years relevant experience.

Assistant Engineer WSS & SWM (2 Positions) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE BE/BSc (Civil Environmental Engineering) with 3 years relevant experience.

GIS Specialist (2 Positions) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE MSC GIS equivalent upto 5 years of relevant experience.

Research Analyst (2 Position) MSC/MA in relevant field with 70 % or equivalent grade.

Program Officer Safeguard (2 Positions) Environmental Engineer/ Masters Environmental Sciences with 3 years of relevant experience.

Drivers (4 Positions) Middle with valid HTV/LTV License and five years experience.

Security Guards (2 Positions) Ex Army NCO retired with self-licensed Weapon.

Office Boy/Naib Qasid (2 Position) Matric/Middle.
