PRC FATA Branch is looking for dynamic and result oriented individuals for the following vacant positions at various locations mentioned against each.

Secretary FATA HQ (Peshawar based) (01 Position)

• Master degree in Social Sciences/MBA or any relevant discipline

• 7-10 Years work experience in the humanitarian sector

• Experience in Programme Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation

• Ability to multi task, manage tight deadlines and work in a challenging environment

• Professional and Responsible with sensitive and confidential issues

• Highly Organized with strong administrative and supervisory skills

• Good command in written and Spoken English/Urdu and Pashto

• Strong computer, analytical, reporting & presentation skills

• Having the ability to handle complex situations/should be capable of managing team work, emergency response and relief work etc.

• Capable of Dealing Staff, Volunteers, Local Authorities, government agencies and NG0s/INGOs

• Having excellent knowledge of FATA and willingness to travel to all the agencies and Frontier Regions of FATA.

• Capable of representing PRC to different movement partners, organizations and government departments

• Having served in the same role with strong managerial skills preferably in emergency response sector

• Candidate from FATA having the required skills will be preferred. Agency Secretary (01 Position) Bajaur Agency

• Master degree in Social Sciences/MBA/ MS Project Management or any relevant discipline.

• Master’s Degree preferably in Social Sciences

• Minimum (05) years of working experience in awareness related projects

• Very good skills in community networking, social mobilization and communication& goog reporting skills

• Ability to continuously supervise and monitor Project activities.

• Must be loca I from Bajaur Media & Communication Officer (01 Position FATA HQ Peshawar)

• Master Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication

• Minimum (05) years of working experience In relevant field of Media

• Good experience in production (promotional items. publications and dissemination material.

• Must be able to write press releases/statement and key messages • Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills,

• Willingness to travel to FATAAgencies/FRs.

• Keep a good track of local newspapers, social media regarding Red cross Red Crescent perceptions/image.

• Translation of the documents English to Urdu and Pashto and vice versa

• Competent candidates from FATA will be preferred •ranch Health Officer (01 Position for FATA HO Peshawar)

• MBBS/ equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) along with Master degree in Public Health (MPH)

• 5-7 year experience in health project coordination, monitoring, and supervision

• Support/ advise the PRC FATAmanagernent and governance on key health issues/needs

• Proven statistical. analytical and technical skills, including excellent knowledge of MS office. excel and aptitude to work on databases

• Contributes to the assessments and monitoring of the health programs

• Ability to work on financial reports and budgeting.

• Contribute/ maintain contact with the provincial Health Authorities.

• Experience in emergency Heath programmes is highly desired

• Fluent written and spoken English, Urdu and Pashto,Strong reporting and presentation skills

• Experience in public health research will be an added value.

• Competent candidates from FATAwill be preferred Office Assistant/Accountant (02Positios 01x for Bajour Agency and 01 for Kurram Agency)

• B.Com/BBA Finance

• Minimum of 4-5 years of Experience of accounts, Book keeping, financial reconciliation/report writing.

• Strong administrative skills.

• Must be local from Bajaur and Kurram respectively
