Qualifications Experience: Minimum Master in any discipline
from recognized university of Pakistan should have minimum 02
years of security management experience with INGOs, UN
Agencies or other international organizations in Pakistan.Security Officer Jobs in Quetta

Thorough understanding of all issues affecting safety and security
Good communicator(oral and written) and good organizational
skills necessary Fluency in English, Urdulocal languages will be a
plus .Must be able to work independently and show initiative.
Responslbllltles/ Dutlesz-The Security Officer(SO) will
be responsible to guide all staff members based on the safety and
security assessment to work safely in their field areas on a day to
day basis. Provide security solutions to all aspects of field
activities especially in Balochistan and/or in the areas assigned by
relevant authority. SO will be responsible for the proper
implementation of Security Management Plan in the specific field
area. SO will be responsible for coordination with the Security
Manager(SM) in analyzing and assessing security situation and
threats in project areas of operation and ensure that appropriate
measures are taken for safe operation. Monitor compliance with
organization’s Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) and policies,
informing the SM of deficiencies. For safety SO will ensure that
organization’s rented property meets the required standards 0
safety and security make recommendations wherever the changes
are required. Ensure office and guesthouse have standard First Aid
Kits and Fire Extinguishers and the stafi“ are trained enough to
