THE URBAN UNIT Required “Senior Human Resource Development Specialist“. Qualifications & Experience: Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration, Public Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution with at least 7 Years of relevant experience with reputable organizations. Higher and foreign qualification will be preferred.

Human Resource Development Specialist Job Descriptions:

► Developing and implementing HR Strategies for effectively achieving Company’s vision.
► Assessing of HR needs for long term company’s growth as well as short term projects planning and execution.
► Effectively leading HR team in human resource planning and operations including hiring, managing and inspiring employees.
► Implementing existing HR policies in an effective and transparent manner.
► Developing and implementing Performance Management Mechanisms.
► Finding creative ways to improve functional competencies of the employees including career development programs.
