Ingredients (Chinese Chicken Vegetable Soup):
- 4 jars chicken yakhni
- 1 bundle solidified panfry vegetable mix(i.e. carrots, peas, capsicum etc)
- 2 glasses cubed cooked chicken
- 1-1 1/2 teaspoon minced crisp ginger root
- 1-1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- In an extensive pot, join all ingredients.
- Heat to the point of boiling
- Turn off the flame and stew for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Your delicious chinese chicken vegetable soup is ready to enjoy.
Ingredients (Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe):
- 10 oz new noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 containers chicken yakhni
- 1/2 container water
- 4 fresh mushrooms, cut
- 4 cuts carrot
- 4 child bok choy
- 1 tea sp white pepper
- Salt to taste
- 4 oz chicken, bubbled, cooked, and hand-destroyed into pieces
- Set up your noodles first by heating up the noodles still somewhat firm. Flush the noodles with running water, deplete and put aside.
- Set up the garlic oil by blend singing the garlic in the oil until they swing light to brilliant cocoa. Put aside.
- Set up the stock by conveying the chicken juices and water to bubble. Include the mushrooms, carrot, infant bok choy, white pepper, and salt to taste. When they are cooked, turn off the warmth.
- To give the noodles in a servingbowl, and top with the chicken on top. Give ladle the soup on top of the pasta and the garlic oil .
- If you want , you can use it to serve with sliced red chillies in soy sauce .
Ingredients (Chinese Chicken Corn Soup):
- Chicken yakhni 2 cups
- Chicken bones 1/2 kg
- Cream style corn 1/2 tin
- Egg 1
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
- Chicken flour 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
- Oil 1 1/2tbsp
- Salt to taste
- For the stock
- Bay leaves 1
- Garlic cloves 2
- black pepper corns 3
- Wash the chicken bones, bubble them in some water alongside the dark pepper corns, garlic cloves, and sound leaves when cooked completely strain the stock.
- In a different sauce dish bubble together the stock and corn.
- At the point when consistently blended include the destroyed chicken filet, salt, sugar and whit pepper powder.
- Mix corn flour and 1 tablespoon of water and stir into the mixture . When the mixture thickens , turn off the flame .
- After 5 minutes, beat the egg into the soup .
- Heat sesame oil and fill the soup.
