Coffee Cup Coffee Cake



  • Brown sugar (1 oz)
  • All-purpose flour (1 oz)

  • Butter (1 tbsp)

  • Sour cream (2 tbsp)
  • Maple syrup (1 tsp)
  • Instant coffee (1 tsp + 2 tbsp water)
  • Vanilla extract( ¼ tsp)

Cooking Method:

  1. For Crumb Topping: In a dish include sugar, spread, flour, espresso, salt and cinnamon blend all to join well with fork.
  2. For the Batter: In another dish consolidate margarine, and chestnut sugar race with fork till mellow and velvety.
  3. Include egg, vanilla concentrate, acrid cream, maple syrup and espresso now beat well.
  4. Fold flour and cinnamon till blend and smooth hitter.
  5. Oil microwave espresso mug with spread and pour player then top with fixing.
  6. Heat on high around 1 moment and 12 second.



  • (1 1/2 tablespoon) sugar
