#1: Chicken Broast With Sauce:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (with skin) 1
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Egg 2
  • Milk 4 tbsp
  • Paprika 2 tsp
  • Flour 4 cup
  • Chinese salt 2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • For Broast Sauce:
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Potato (boiled) 2
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 tbsp

Cooking Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt and lemon juice.
  2. Combine the eggs and milk and Dip chicken in this blend.
  3. In another dish , blend flour , salt , paprika , Chinese salt and mustard powder Dip chicken pieces and flour in it twice and broil for 20 minutes over low warmth.
  4. Blend every one of the elements for the sauce well .
  5. Present with fries and sauce broast.

#2: Hot Chicken:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 fowl(cut into 4 broast pieces)
  • Dark Pepper 1/2tsp

#4: Crispy Method:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 4 (with skin)
  • White Pepper 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Green stew paste 6 tbsp
  • Plain flour 4 cup
  • Preparing Powder 4 tbsp
  • Water as required

Cooking Method:

  1. Fill a dish with water now include green bean stew paste , salt , garlic, ginger heating powder and mash in it.
  2. Plunge chicken pieces in a dish and abandon it for around 4-5 hours leave the marinated chicken impeccably.
