Chinese Chicken Rice Recipe is simply a healthy and light dish to eat also having a delicious taste.Personally i like it a lot. here we are going to share 3 different styles of this recipe. Hope you guys like them.
Ingredients (Chinese Rice):
- Rice 4 cup
- Cooking oil 4 tbsp
- Vegetables (carrots, cabbage, peas, spring onions, green chillies, tomatoes) 3 cup
- Bubbled boneless chicken (cut in solid shapes) 2 cups
- Dark pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chinese salt 1-1 1/2 tsp
- Sear vegetables in cooking oil.
- Include bubbled chicken, salt, Chinese salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
- Bubble rice in some water, when half cooked include vegetables and blend well.
- Cover with a lid Cook over low heat for 5 minutes .
- Your chinese chicken rice is ready to enjoy. Serve with tomato sauce.
Ingredients (Chicken Egg Fried Rice):
• 1200 gm chicken , daintily cut
• 6 containers chilly cooked rice
• 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
• 4 tablespoons sweet stew sauce
• 4 tablespoons shellfish sauce
• 4 tablespoons nut oil
• 2 chestnut onion, cut into slim wedges
• 4 garlic cloves, smashed
• 4 eggs, delicately beaten
• 2 container Thai basil takes off
• 4 green onions, cut corner to corner
• 2 and a half cup fried shallots
1. Join soy sauce, sweet bean stew sauce and clam sauce in a little bowl. Put aside. Heat a wok over high warmth until hot. Include 3 teaspoons oil and whirl to coat. Include a large portion of the chicken and panfry for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Exchange to a plate. Rehash with oil and staying chicken.
2. The remaining 2 tablespoons oil coffee and onion to the wok . Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden . Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds . Add egg and rice . Fry for 2-3 minutes or until the egg is well combined with rice .
3. Return chicken to wok. Include soy sauce blend, basil and green onions. Panfry for 1 to 2 minutes or until very much consolidated. Spoon into dishes. Sprinkle with fried shallots and serve.
Ingredients (Chinese Chicken Spicy Rice):
- 1) Chicken 1 Kg
- 2) Rice 1 Kg
- 3) cabbage 2 Small
- 4) Carrot 2
- 5) Peas 1 container
- 6) Spring onion 2
- 7) Green chilies 6-7
- 8) Eggs 4
- 9) Salt 2 Tbsp or as required
- 10) Chinese Salt 1 Tbsp
- 11) Black Pepper 2 Tbsp
- 12) Whole Spice Ground 2 Tbsp
- 13) Soya Sauce 5 Tbsp
- 14) Yellow nourishment shading 2 squeeze
- 15) Oil 1 1/2 container
- Boil chicken with squeeze of salt and expel from bones.
- In a non staying dish take 4 Tbsp of oil and fry cabbage and carrot until cooked. do not overcook. presently put bubbled peas and spring onion. Fry for couple of minutes and set a side.
- Now Heat 1 cup oil in ( preferably ) not sticking pan. Add 4 beaten eggs and mix vigorously. Now add food coloring .
- Put chicken in it and stir for some time then put cooked vegetables .
- Add green chillies and all flavors from salt to soya sauce. Blend well.
- Now put bubbled rice blend and shake well by covering and holding the dish from sides so that all things blend well.
- Your spicy chinese rice is ready to enjoy. Serve hot with sauce.
