Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cauliflower
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2 Capsicum
  • 1 cup French beans
  • 4 Tomatoes (blended)
  • 2 Carrots
  • ½ cup Brown Onion
  • 4 Red Chilies Whole
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ¼ tsp Orange Color
For Kola Pori Masala
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 4 Dry Red Chilies
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves

Instructions
  1. Cut all the vegetables in big pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry all vegetables. now putout vegetables in a plate.
  3. Grind all the ingredients under kola pori masala with the exception of coriander takes off.
  4. In same oil, add the kola pori paste, tomato puree, and fry well, now add fried vegetables, and leave it on dam till tender.
  5. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with pori.
