Consultant Transaction Manager Jobs in Punjab Privatization Board (PPB)

Consultant Transaction Manager Required.
The Punjab Privatization Board (PPB) is entrusted with Privatization of Quaide-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Limited. The Punjab Privatization Board is in the process of recruiting Consultant Transaction Manager, on contract basis, initially for a period of one year or till the completion of the assignment whichever is earlier. Applications are invited from qualified and task oriented candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria to process and manage the Privatization transactions in accordance with relevant law.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA SUITABILITY
Consultant Transaction Manager

Master’s degree (2nd Division) in public administration or business administration or commerce or law or electrical engineering from a recognized University having seven (07) years experience in line including:-

i) ability in preparation of bid documents with expertise in drafting, implementation and re-negotiation of contracts with the Financial Advisors.
ii) ability to provide day to day services on corporate and regulatory matters; opine on application of laws and regulations and compliance for the ongoing and past transactions.
iii) experience in corporate and commercial litigations with special emphasis on privatization in power sector or companies.
iv) experience of handling liquidation and winding up of companies.
v) analytical / communication skills along with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast paced deadline oriented environments.
vi) experience of interaction with Government Departments, Government Owned Corporations and Courts.
vii) managerial / senior level experience of handling the related sector issues, regulatory matters, restructuring etc.
viii) selected candidate will be offered a fix pay package of R52 lac to Rs.5 lac per month, negotiable on the basis of requisite qualifications and experience.

Conditions to Apply
1- The candidates must have an excellent oral and written communications / presentations skills and proficiency in computer and of proven integrity and competence.
2- Must be within the age limit of 30 – 60 years.
3- Only short listed candidates would be called for interview.
4- Government servants should apply through proper channel.
5- No TA / DA will be paid to the candidates.
6- Last date for submission of applications alongwith attested copies of testimonials and other documents on line and also by post is 19th April, 2016.
