Applications from suitable candidates are invited for filling up the following vacant posts in President’s Secretariat (Personal), Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad. The recruitment shall be initially temporary which is likely to be continued for indefinite period:-

Name of Post: Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16), Telephone Operator (BPS-9), Lower Division Clerk (BPS-7), Khidmatgar (BPS-5), Room Bearer (BPS-5), Barbar (BPS-5), Driver (BPS-4), Naib Qasid (BPS-1), Khalasi (BPS-1), Mali (BPS-1), Khakroob.
The prerequisites for submission of applications are as under:-
• Submission of original documents shall be mandatory at the time of test/interview.
• Applicants already in Government service should produce NOC at time of interview.
• Incomplete applications as well as received after the due date shall not be entertained.
• Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing rules.
No TAJDA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
• Only short-listed applicants will be called for test/interview.
4 The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone recruitment process at any stage.
• Information provided in the application form will be verified in case of offer of appointment In case of any false or forged information, President’s Secretariat (Personal) reserves the right to cancel your candidature at any stage (even after employment, if so revealed later) and to initiate a legal action against the applicant.
• Test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Please use separate form and separate envelop, if you wish to apply for more than 1 post.
• Last date of submission of application form is 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
• Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
